Thanksgiving is about connection, gratitude, and of course, delicious food. But it can also bring up feelings of guilt or pressure around eating “too much” or “not the right things.”

If you notice those thoughts creeping in, try this gentle reminder:
✨ You’re allowed to enjoy your meal.
✨ You don’t have to “earn” or “make up for” your food.
✨ One day doesn’t define your habits or your health.

Emotional eating often comes from trying to soothe or control our emotions through food — but healing your relationship with eating means allowing flexibility and compassion, especially on holidays that are meant to be shared and enjoyed.

This weekend, try focusing less on control and more on connection. Your body and mind will thank you🤍
