🌱Midwinter Grow Together Gathering 🌱
Join us for a cozy, drop-in community gathering centred around the theme Food is Medicine. This event is for youth and their communities to come together, learn, create, and share in a welcoming, culturally safe space organized by UNBSJ Indigenous students and the Menahqesk Wellness Circle, through UNB’s Office of the Piluwitahasuwin.

Youth and family, friends and community members are welcome. Come for a little while or stay for the whole afternoon — everyone is welcome 💛
🌽 Share stories about the Three Sisters, wild rice, pemmican, and other local foods
🤲 Participate in the Seed Sharing Table by bringing seeds or recipes to share
☕ Enjoy a snack or a hot drink while you wander and mingle

🎨 Design your own seed packets
🧵 Make a medicine bag for your seeds
