✨ My yoga journey

When I was a little girl, I dreamed of becoming a gymnast.
But I grew up in a place where there were no gyms, no teachers — so I just practiced at home. I learned to do the splits, stand on my hands, and move my body the way I could.

Years later, I discovered aerobics and shaping, and I kept moving — on and off — until I turned 40.
Then, one day, a yoga teacher appeared in our town. That was the turning point.

Through yoga, I realized there’s no better path to truly understand and develop your body.
And as my teacher used to say:
👉 We start with the body, but soon the spirit follows.

Now, at 60, I see how yoga helps me stay mobile, strong, and full of life.
Aging is something we can’t avoid — but we can choose how we meet it:
