You don't have to be a health nut or spend all your time “biohacking” to implement a few key fundamentals that allow you to move and, ultimately, feel better.
Following are seven basics to get you started on your health journey:
💪🏼 An exercise routine (here's a very helpful full-body workout article: BenGreenfieldLife.com/FB19FullBody)
✍🏼 Journaling (especially for gratitude - if you need some guidance, consider incorporating my Spiritual Disciplines Journal)
☀️ Light therapy, including sunlight (an article about 11 ways to biohack light is available ➡️ BenGreenfieldLife.com/FBBiohackLight)
🥶 Cold immersion (I have a three-part series on cold immersion that you can access throughout the week at my stories - and yes, a cold shower counts)
🖥️ Incorporating movement into your day (especially if you have a desk job - get outdoors and do it barefoot if you can, which happens to be free)
🧘 Meditation (I recommend meditation apps like The Breath Source - which has a few featured sessions by yours truly, and Othership)
🍠 And a diet rich in herbs, spices, and colorful compounds, such as some semblance of a somewhat low-sugar, low-vegetable oil Mediterranean diet.
Well done if you accomplish each of the above most of the time!
