Yes. This photo was taken right before I fell out of the posture.
Honestly, those are my favourite moments in my Balance & Flow classes. Not when we hold our balance with a sense of perfection but when we lose our footing, maybe stumble a bit, and ground ourselves again.
Why is this my favourite? Because here is when we feel vulnerable, exposed, maybe even a slight sense of embarrassment and every time we come back to ourselves, ground back into the mat and begin again, we realize how resilient and powerful we are.

Join me this Thursday for an offering that combines flowing through a sequence of postures with intermittent pauses of balance, focus, and maybe some smiles as we recover from our stumbles together 🫶🏻
