MAMAS GOT MUSCLES !!

It's crazy for me to think about all the past postpartum mama's in this original group, how they have grown , their babies now in school or daycare . And one of our own mama's from these classes will be leading her very own group!

This is one I am passionate for , maternity leave , stay at home mom, shift work mom with free daytime looking to connect and get their kids out to play with others while they get in a feel good workout!

Did you know that excercise can significantly decrease the chances of developing and also improve postpartum depression!?
Back that with building a community of mama's going through similar territory having discussions, sharing stories and just that connection ...this is Power House .

Work to your own level , if this is all new to you we will help you choose appropriate weight to build strength through consistency and build back those core muscles.

Our newest instructor Renee Miller , mother of two on a maternity leave will be our Thursdays class trainer ! Her passion for health and wellness is one to be admired and backed with a Personal training certification and a Postpartum excercise certification, she is the perfect fit!

Super excited to announce our next TWO groups coming up end of January (hosted by myself and our amazing student Lori Bacque Counselling)

💗💗Group 1- (Thursdays) our previously offered girls supporting girls therapy group- focusing on anxiety, friendships, bullying, social media and self love.

🖤🖤Group 2 (Fridays) a brand new group, perfect for girls who have already participated in a group with me. This group will focus more on girlhood, empowerment, advocacy, self confidence, communicating needs, and leadership!

📣🎉LAC LA BICHE AND SURROUNDING AREAS

If you’ve reached out recently to access services, you’d know that I am currently at max capacity and unable to take any new clients on at this time.

HOWEVER- so excited to now be able to offer discounted services from our student intern therapist- Lori Bacque.

Lori brings extensive experiences, after working with children services and the education system for over 15 years! She is now currently in the last component of her Master’s in Counseling Psychology program- her placement- and as a result, is now taking on new clients in our Lac La Biche location.

PLEASE NOTE: as a student, Lori’s rates are typically not covered by benefits, however, offers services at a significantly reduced rate- as well as offers sessions at a “pay what you can” fee- Making her services more accessible.

Lori will be seeing kids (as young as 7), teens, and adults.
