Hello all!
Just a reminder..
Cancellation policy:
I require at least 24 hrs notice for cancelling/rescheduling your appointment.
👉🏼If 24 hrs or more is given, no fee is charged.
👉🏼Less than 24hrs but more than 4 hrs; 50% of the treatment price is charged, unless I’m able to fill the appointment.
👉🏼Less than 4 hrs; 100% of the treatment price is charged, unless I’m able to fill the appointment.
***Please note: benefits DO NOT cover these charges. Payment is required out-of-pocket & must be made before rescheduling.
I completely understand illness happens. With that being said though, if you are feeling unwell the day before or even a couple days before your appointment, please let me know.
Symptoms can include but are not limited to:
Coughing
Fever
Moderate to severe congestion
Body aches
General feeling of being unwell
All of the above..
Please stay home and reschedule. Massage will not be beneficial if you’re sick & I’m not able to care for my clients if I become unwell.
I’ve been very transparent with my client of any symptoms I may have and I would appreciate the same in return.
If you’re unsure, text me & we can figure it out together.
I also understand illness can have a sudden onset and other medical issues that can contribute to feeling unwell but with that comes extended leniency.
