Greetings! Many may have noticed there is no schedual out for this week. I have caught a bug and will be taking a week off to recuperate, get the rest of this month's graphics and scheduals done, planning a couple more special offerings for this amazing season, sanitizing the studio and most importantly healing so I can be fully present in classes with you all♡♡ See you in the hammocks next week!

We have a couple things on the go!

1) The schedule is changing to accommodate more Evening Offerings and more consistency! Please leave comments of what times work for you so I can have considerations making the booking evening spots! Also i thank you in advance for your patients with the gaps in the booking times while this transition happens over the next few weeks :)

2) After some feed back from a private group we will be, starting tomorrow, more active on our Instagram https://www.instagram.com/feetoffthegroundstudios/ so if your jam is more on that platform be sure to follow us on there too. Schedules, news and special events to be posted there.

3) Special monthly offers will be starting! We have 2 coming in December so watch out for them will be posting in the coming days!

May we remeber all the brave men and women who have devoted their lives to allowing us the privilege of the lives we lead today.

Even with core values of peace an harmony we cannot deny the rights and freedoms we have today would not exist if not foe those souls.

Thank you to every service person past and present for the service you do. The studio is closed today in honor of our fallen heros and as respect to those still standing with us today weirher retired or currently in service.
