Well, it's been a wild ride!

A couple weeks ago and I were invited by along with other athletes to celebrate our retirement.

These past years have been pretty crazy, to say the least. It was hard, very hard in every aspect but it has been fulfilling and extremely fun as well. I learned a lot, I grew a lot and I couldn't have done that without my teammates, my coach and all of the support that I had.

Retirement life is pretty fun but I will cherish those moments forever.

Life is different now and I hope to be a good role model for the upcoming generation of athletes and to give back to the sport as much as I gained from it.

Special thanks to my coach/my mentor , to my nutrition coach who helped me stay healthy throughout those years , to my physical prep coach who helped me deal with a lot of injuries and everyone who believed in me throughout all of this process. I'm forever grateful.

I don't post often but when I do, I make sure that it's important:Happy birthday Lionel 🥳

Commonwealth games have already come to an end, what a fun and exciting week for .

But the true star of the show is this guy who worked behind the scene. He was the one who made all of the strategic moves, cut down break time to other athletes, increase our attempts by 1kg to bring us closer to a podium.

Thanks coach, you are no doubts the best one out there!

What I do;
The main goal of the program is to use weightlifting as an outlet for people/athletes to find their true potential. But most importantly to be proud of each accomplishment and to be proud of the person that they become through time.

By improving, little by little, I hope that people will gain self esteem, inside and outside the gym to push their limits in each aspect of their life.

Website will launch soon, stay posted!
Programs that will be offered:

🏋🏼‍♀️One on one coaching
🏃‍♂️Daily Functional Fitness workout🏋️ Daily Weightlifting workout

Today is Bell let’s talk day. I always thought that it was a great idea to have a day to bring awareness to mental health problems, however, beside talking about it, I never felt that there was any real action put into place and with all that it’s going on, it’s harder and harder to seek for help.

Today and for any other day, I would like to be there for whoever needs it. Psychology is my field of study and if you need a little push, a pep talk, some tools to feel better, please, send me a dm so I can help you the best that I can or refer you to a professional who will be able to take you in charge.

Times are hard and remember that even if you still have your job, if your business haven’t been closed, if you can, you are allowed to find it hard, stop brushing your emotions aside and let’s assess how to make things better.

I wish that everyone feel as happy and as badass that I felt on this picture!

We fu***ng made it!
and I both took the Continental spot in our respective weight classe for Tokyo 2020. We did it as a team in the most individual sport. Couldn’t be prouder of the two of us!

Also, special thanks to our incredible coach who made this possible

Competition introspection
(Cause I’m in quarantine and I have a lot of free time to think)

Last week competition was awful and I came to the realization that I was exhausted, completely mentally and physically drained.

During the past months/year, I never allowed myself to be down, I’m usually very strong mentally and I always find a way to overcome a situation. But this covid situation is just too much, however you are living it, however of your actual situation, it’s awful and I think that we are allowed to be tired of it, to struggle to find motivation, to not understand what’s next, to not have hope anymore. But most important we should let ourselves live this frustration and not always be grateful because it sucks!!

Sometimes it’s okay to not be the strongest it’s even okay to be weak so you can grow back. I lived my frustration the past little while and I’m ready to go forward cause now I see clearly and I can focus on what matter. My head is finally free and my mindset is back.
