Recent research suggests:
-many women with endometriosis report cannabis used for pelvic pain and sleep support
-cannabis use often increases during the pre-menstrual phase
-early study show cannabinoids may reduce menstrual pain severity
-the endocrine system plays a role in regulating pain, inflammation, mood, and sleep.
