1. Left - Set Boundaries
Reclaim the space and energy that has slowly been taken from you. There is a repeating pattern of you giving more than you truly have available. You are pouring from an empty cup. You may have been trying to keep the peace, avoid conflict, or prove your worth through what you offer others. Right now, you need discipline and structure. No fear-based reactions, but clear boundaries that protect your time, your body, and your emotional well-being. Someone around you may be receiving from you without reciprocating or meeting you halfway. You may feel the need to go out on walks.
2. Middle - Connect to Eternity Within
Return to yourself after a period of distractions or overthinking. You may have been searching for confirmation outside of you, when your inner knowing has been showing you the way all along. As you examine that deep inner knowing more closely, you feel more calm; you step away from urgency and sit in stillness, and your clarity returns quickly. This is a time to reconnect with your higher self, your intuition, your life purpose, and your sense of being supported. You may feel the need to practice meditation or breath work.
3. Right - You Are Enough
You are worthy. You may be measuring your progress against others, questioning whether you are doing the right thing, whether it's enough, or whether you're achieving fast enough. Your value has never been dependent on your achievements; release the belief that you have to impress others or do things to earn rest, love, respect, or recognition. Similarly to setting healthy boundaries, giving more or doing more does not automatically make you more worthy. If you are not deliberate with your time and energy, you end up feeling frustrated and exhausted. Instead, allow yourself to be, be your authentic self, pace yourself naturally from inner-calling, not from exterior pressure. You become more magnetic, and your presence becomes more grounded, and you will have less friction with fitting in or feeling accepted. You may feel the need to stretch, exercise, or do yoga.
