☔ Sunday mornings can be a gentle invitation to slow down.
As we move into another week, I’ve been thinking about the rainy days ahead and how healing does not always need sunshine to begin.
There can be something deeply calming about the sound of rain, the fresh air, and the gentle rhythm of walking while having space to talk, reflect, and breathe.
Walk & Talk Therapy can still be a beautiful option on lighter rain days. We have umbrellas available and can embrace the grounding experience that nature sometimes offers in a different way.
(And in the event of a storm or heavier weather, we can always pivot to an office session.)
