☔ Sunday mornings can be a gentle invitation to slow down.

As we move into another week, I’ve been thinking about the rainy days ahead and how healing does not always need sunshine to begin.

There can be something deeply calming about the sound of rain, the fresh air, and the gentle rhythm of walking while having space to talk, reflect, and breathe.

Walk & Talk Therapy can still be a beautiful option on lighter rain days. We have umbrellas available and can embrace the grounding experience that nature sometimes offers in a different way.
(And in the event of a storm or heavier weather, we can always pivot to an office session.)

If traditional therapy has felt intimidating, or if being outdoors feels more natural for you, Walk & Talk Therapy may be a supportive place to begin.

I’m really excited to finally share something that has been growing quietly behind the scenes 🤍

Over the years, so many of the people I’ve worked with have said things like:

The Create PAUSE Learning Hub was created with this in mind.

It’s a space to pause, learn, and grow outside the therapy room—with practical, evidence-based tools you can access anytime.

The Learning Hub is designed to grow over time, with new tools and resources added regularly to support real-life needs.

Whether you’re:

✨ supporting a teen or young adult

This space is here for you.

You don’t need to be a client to access it.
You don’t even need to be ready to talk to someone.
