Thomas Strength Athletics is an Ontario-based gym owned by Olympic Weight-Lifter and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach Daniel Pare'. Founded back in 2004, Daniel has opened the gym to educate everyone on Strength Training and Conditioning from kids to seniors, helping you achieve your personal goals and long-term dreams in fitness. Daniel has been the head coach of the Special Olympics of Ontario Powerlifting Division for over 15 years now, and is certified with the Canadian Special Olympics. He is also a frequent competitor in the World Olympics, his most recent feat being in 2002 and 2009 in Melbourne and Sidney, Australia respectively, placing 5th overall. Thomas, opening his gym, waiting to pass his methods and experiences on to everyone.
