Seeking holistic businesses and practioners!
I have created holistic magazine / almanac for the Elgin community and issue no. 1 will be out for the spring! This is a small seasonal print rooted in ritual, holistic living, and local community. 🌷

I am curating a simple directory of aligned local practitioners and businesses to list in the issue, for the people to find alternative services in the community.

As the days grow cool and the nights reflective, I'm taking the time to honor the intentions of inward nourishment that winter hibernation brings. 🍂

I am pausing booking sessions and hosting events to be with self and family. I encourage you, too, to go inward and find the things that fill you up over the cooler months.

I LOVE coaching sessions because they are so fluid and can be used for business brainstorming, personal reflection, relationship building, wellness goal setting, spiritual guidance... Plus, as an added bonus for recurring coaching clients is getting to message me for intuitive support when you need - outside of our sessions together!
