👣 Registered Nurse – Foot Care and Wound Care
22.5 hrs/week | up to $45.00/hr
Foot care training support available for the successful candidate

💙 Nurse Practitioner – Chronic Disease Management 65+ Care Stream
22.5 hrs/week | up to $64.55/hr

🥗 Dietitian
22.5 hrs/week | up to $37.35/hr

All positions include eligibility for HOOPP pension and prorated benefits, in accordance with CCHC policy.
