Welcome to 2026! Are you looking for a yoga class suitable for everybody and every body? The new series starts Monday, Jan. 5 or Thursday, Jan. 8. These classes are a yang/yin practice - a little more active to start (yang) and then moving onto our mats for longer holds in our postures (yin). Suitable for all levels! Reach out with questions or to secure your spot! I look forward to seeing you, Namaste!
