Congratulations to Elan's Practice Member of the Week Rebecca!
She has been with us for almost 2 years in care!
She started care with constant, chronic pain (specifically for her neck pain), fatigue, & difficulty sleeping.
She has felt pain leaving different parts of body with consistent care. She is sleeping better, standing straighter, and experiencing more range of motion.

Congratulations to Chris for being Elan's Practice Member of the Week!
Chris has been a pleasure to work with these past 4 months, with an enthusiastic approach to his health upgrades and life in general. During this time, we've seen improvements with his Low Back Pain and stiffness. He has also been using breath strategies and stretches to support his health.
His original motivation to seek care was, "Realizing that my own body should be able to take care of this issue. Now my back is considerably improved and now I have the knowledge to keep my body in tune with my brain."

I practice in NE Salmon Arm (North Broadview area) out of a home based office. We have transitioned our family home, established in 1982, to a home & office. We took over the home and property in 2020, which is also my 20th year practicing Chiropractic.
Our space is family friendly and family welcoming! I have trained with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and have spent many years working with pregnant moms, babies and families. Not to exclude the fathers and men, who are absolutely welcome of course! I have spent numerous years training with Dr Donald Epstein in Network Spinal care (also referred to as Network Chiropractic or Network Spinal Analysis). This was to work towards Level 3 & Master-E level of training and certification. Network Spinal care uses adjustments and strategies that address the tone of the nervous system and spine using a touch contact at spinal gateways.
