Edited: Travel was good this weekend and I’m home early. I just opened the schedule in case its a Monday crisis kind of day!

Wish us luck: me for the roads and Scarlett's U18 Girls Curling Team for some wins!

It's a curling weekend in Maple Ridge so the office is now closed until Tuesday, December 9th. Good news, there's still lots of time to get in this year. Regular hours resume until December 23rd & I will also be in the office Monday, December 29th.

Today’s Friday reflection - Thank you to everyone for loving on our kitten Chloe. She’s off to a new home today and she is basking in all of the love given to her.

And just like me being a cat grandma, my office reflection is on the multi-generations we see here at the office for chiropractic. At launch last week we were reminiscing how in Calgary we used to see so many more grandparents + parents + kids together for care; lo and behold this week had grandmothers + granddaughters, mothers + daughters. It is special to be a part of your families and that this care is excellent for all ages. Thank you!

Pause & Celebrate is this Tuesday's theme - the Monday motivational quote has moved to Tuesday's thoughts as I was having a pause yesterday. While the day off was planned for a friend's 50th Birthday Celebration, it was also perfect timing to pause after our successful completion of the Launch-A-Preneur program. A nice reminder to pause and celebrate along the way!

Made it to the end! Launchapreneur season 7 is officially complete after 10 weeks of classes and work.

Now the real work begins.

For a short week, this one sure packed a lot in!

Tonight-after 10 weeks-is our launch-a-preneur finale. Last night Scott and I presented to a gracious panel of 3 and chatted about Network care and our community and what’s ahead. Around all of this, a full week of practice members, a few new faces and returning ones, some flare-up of symptoms, some calming, some new a-ha’s at how our body is connected. Some lovely healing waves to spread out through the community. And the Aurora borealis this week, wow!

I practice in NE Salmon Arm (North Broadview area) out of a home based office. We have transitioned our family home, established in 1982, to a home & office. We took over the home and property in 2020, which is also my 20th year practicing Chiropractic.

Our space is family friendly and family welcoming! I have trained with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and have spent many years working with pregnant moms, babies and families. Not to exclude the fathers and men, who are absolutely welcome of course! I have spent numerous years training with Dr Donald Epstein in Network Spinal care (also referred to as Network Chiropractic or Network Spinal Analysis). This was to work towards Level 3 & Master-E level of training and certification. Network Spinal care uses adjustments and strategies that address the tone of the nervous system and spine using a touch contact at spinal gateways.
