I registered a team for Coldest Night of the Year Salmon Arm! I would love if you join me to walk or to donate to the team. Money raised goes to Shuswap Food Action Society helping to create food security in our community.

The Coldest Night of the Year is a winterrific family-friendly fundraising walk in support of local charities. Let’s change the tune for people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness... because it’s cold out there.

Thursday 3 pm - 6 pm
Friday 9 am - 1 pm

No change in hours :)

It is the season for the Gift of Health!

This is an opportunity for your friends or family to come to the office for an Initial Consultation & Chiropractic Examination, Posture Analysis & Nervous System Assessment & Report of Findings. They are welcome to come for the assessment only or choose their first Network Spinal entrainment. (Regular treatment fees apply).

Please ask in the office for a Gift Certificate to share with your loved one.

Edited: Travel was good this weekend and I’m home early. I just opened the schedule in case its a Monday crisis kind of day!

Wish us luck: me for the roads and Scarlett's U18 Girls Curling Team for some wins!

It's a curling weekend in Maple Ridge so the office is now closed until Tuesday, December 9th. Good news, there's still lots of time to get in this year. Regular hours resume until December 23rd & I will also be in the office Monday, December 29th.
