Additional Helpful Practices:
Salt can also help with mucus to a certain extent. Gargling or nasal irrigation with warm water and non-iodized, preservative-free, all-natural salt may help soothe the throat and support sinus clearing. For these practices, use distilled, sterile, or previously boiled and cooled water. Do not use plain tap water.

A Gentle Reminder
Everyone’s body is different. What supports one person may not support another. If you are on medications, pregnant, or managing health conditions, research potential interactions or speak with a qualified provider.
Listen to your body.
