Five Elements Healing

Five Elements Healing Mind and Body Health:
Healing & Awakening into the heart of wisdom & compassion. This is every person's birthright.

In my own healing journey it hasn't been an easy path. With a stressful childhood and the challenge of, in some ways not believing in myself that I can truly say I am grateful for, because they have helped me open up to more of myself and be present to others in a way that I couldn't have if I did not experience things just as I did. It doesn't mean I haven't experienced disappointment and resistance; but it does mean that I have learned and continue to learn that even these can and need to be included in the healing of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual centres. It has been through the challenges that I have come to trust myself and this is the real gift. I am a Health Care Practitioner who is inspired to help people navigate physical and emotional imbalances in a way that respects one's inner wisdom (including the struggles) and the healing & awakening capacities that are discovered from there. I believe all inner and outer struggle, including pain, discomfort, agitation and confusion is a manifestation of our innate desire to be happy, yet on the other hand doesn't have the full awareness to actually be fully happy! This conundrum is where having a trustworthy and skillful spiritual practice and/or guide/healer could play an important role. In learning to open up to the places in us that carry the most pain and confusion, we will come to a place of true healing, understanding and joy.
