Join us for Mysore Ashtanga every Monday at 5:30pm this March at our Shuswap Street studio. This is a self-paced, teacher-guided practice rooted in the traditional Ashtanga method. Whether you are working through the Primary Series or just learning your first Sun Salutation, you will move through the sequence at your own rhythm and pace with space to deepen your relationship with this powerful practice.

Perfect for both newer and seasoned students who want consistency, structure, and quiet focus to start the week strong.
