Hands-on work tailored to you — using techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy or myofascial release. Comfort and communication come first.

We’ll finish with a quick review, self-care tips, and next steps for recovery or ongoing care.

As many of you know, I recently opened my own kinesiology & massage therapy practices and started working part-time with the Shuswap Cardiac Society, where I lead the Cardiac Rehab Program.

I have the privilege of working with individuals every day who are rebuilding their health, strength, and confidence after heart events — and it’s inspiring to see the difference these programs make in people’s lives.

The Society is in its first year and, like many new charities, is facing financial hardship as we grow and establish our place in the community.

That’s why I’m stepping up: I’ll match every donation dollar-for-dollar, until my total match reaches $5,000 until September 30.
