Low-cost virtual therapy starting this January for residents of BC and Washington State. Limited spots available.
Two carefully selected counseling interns will be offering virtual therapy for $45 per session as part of their supervised clinical training. Each brings significant life experience, depth, and a grounded, compassionate presence to their work.
A free 15-minute consultation is available to ensure a good fit.
Bahareh works primarily with individuals and couples navigating intimacy challenges, relational patterns, self-criticism, shame, body image concerns, sexuality, and chronic pain. With over 20 years of experience as a professional theatre actor, she brings a strong embodiment and mind-body focus to her work. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and emotionally attuned, creating space for vulnerability, self-exploration, and repair.
Garret supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, spiritual concerns, life transitions, and questions of meaning and purpose. His integrative approach draws from trauma-informed, somatic, systems-based, and nature-based practices. He has trained with Dr. Gabor Maté in Compassionate Inquiry and brings extensive experience in deep nature connection work and conscious communication facilitation.
I will be providing weekly clinical supervision to support their work, ensuring ethical and thoughtful care while maintaining accessibility for those who may be finding regular therapy rates to be a barrier.
