With a house full of Aries, spring always feels like a special time of year. 🌷🐣

This year it feels even more magical because Easter falls on both my birthday and Ozzie’s birthday. We’ll be celebrating in Toronto with family, which brings back so many sweet memories like this one of the boys collecting eggs at my Nonna’s house.

Even though I’ll be away, the season is still in full swing here at Rising Moon. My amazing mom will be helping out and setting up at the first Salt Spring Saturday Market of the year, so all the Easter goodies will still be there waiting for you.

What a decade it’s been.

2016 marked a turning point for me — choosing myself, doing the work to heal, and slowly rebuilding a life that feels stable, grounded, and expansive for my kids and me.

Over the years, I built businesses, deepened my yoga practice, returned to the island I grew up on, and learned more than I ever expected about resilience and self-trust.

The wheel of the year is turning, and this season always feels like a reset. As we approach the witch’s new year, it’s a time to release what no longer serves us, to cozy up, and to honour the harvest. 🕯️🌿

I love the magic of this season — the crisp air, the pumpkins, the rituals, and the reminder that endings always carry the promise of new beginnings.
