This is a brilliant book .
Understanding how trauma happens is crucial to understanding humanity and ourselves.
The pandemic has created an enormous amount of anxiety and stress in so many people for lots of different reasons.
There are positive actions you can take to feel better, many of which are intuitive and free. Time in nature, meditation and breathing, barefoot grounding, music, dance, journaling, bathing, playing, and connection with your inner world.
Your favourite bodywork modalities can support you in being embodied and self assured .

C2 stands out to me as one of the most beautiful and thought provoking of our bony morphology. To me it appears to be a person in prayer. I love the thought that deep within my bones, just beneath my worried head, there exists the living form of a being in perpetual prayer for me~ for us. Who doesn't need that?! And that gift is secreted away within us, pointing the way. As below, so above. When we place our hands before us in mutual contact, a heart-circuit is formed, and charge created, that emanates beyond the limits of our skin. You can feel this for yourself. Enjoy!

An Aya Angel once repeated these four phrases to me:

“Confess wrongdoing.
Ask forgiveness.
Grant forgiveness.
Surrender to Love.”

It felt like a technology for healing the heart.

“Avoiding death is not the purpose for the practice of medicine in the shamanic tradition….The purpose of life itself is to be initiated into the visionary regions of the spirit, and to maintain oneself in concert with all things on earth and in the sky. To lose one’s soul is the gravest occurrence of all, since it would eliminate any meaning from life, now and forever.”

– Jeanne Achterberg, "Imagery in Healing"

However we transcend and transform ourselves, let us be encouraged not to lose hope; the ground of infinite compassion and illuminating vision is everyone's rebirthright. Art can illumine the shadows and pains of ego's death, and art can midwife the soul's brilliant rebirth.

Few systems have as much impact on the human body as the craniosacral system. It protects and nourishes the brain and spinal cord and affects nearly every aspect of central nervous system performance. That's why CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is so critical to your health care practice.

Developed after years of university research and testing, it allows you to release fascial restrictions anywhere on the body that may be impinging the craniosacral system and every other system it interacts with.

Expand your practice with CranioSacral Therapy to better meet the needs of your clients. http://bit.ly/2JyCYwR
