Some unexpected gifts from choosing to be single for soon to be a year
💫 magickally stopped biting my nails (a lifetime bad habit)
💫 choosing sobriety and loving it. I still have a glass or wine or a beer here and there but it is a monthly occurrence as before was a daily occurrence
💫 lost a stubborn 10 pounds just by eating how I like to eat as opposed to cooking for another
💫a miracle occurred… I now meditate, stretch and practise yoga almost daily
💫spending time with friends that I have not seen in years
💫 exploring more areas of BC
💫 micro dosing mushrooms to help me open to some locked up vulnerability and self-love practises
💫slowing down to include self-care rituals into every day
💫calling in my new tribe.. so excited to know you
