We not only Options; Vegan, Paleo, Keto, Fodmap...
All orders are to be paid in advance and picked up on Salt Spring Island, unless specified (there is a few for delivery). ((We are presently closed for restructuring and moved to the West coast. )) FUK Flour creates their own recipes and can also modify them to suit your needs. We also carry low sodium recipes and low fat. We make a lot of wholesome gluten free foods and we are also creating new recipes.
