GLOBAL COHERENCE DAY
Live Stream - Thursday August 1st
On Thursday, August 1st -- the day of the Resonance Retreat that is exploring the science and experience of coherence -- we are inviting people from all around the world to join us in generating a global wave of heart-centered coherence that the world needs more than ever before.
Our Global Coherence Day live-streamed activities include:
10:10am - LIVE STREAM of Morning Session with HeartMath’s Director of Research Rollin McCraty
For nearly 29 years, HeartMath has researched heart intelligence and how to improve ourselves and our world through personal and global coherence using practical self-regulation tools and technology. During this session we will learn about their latest research findings, engage in coherence practices and initiate a Global Synchronized Meditation.
11:11am - GLOBAL Synchronized MEDITATION
Following the presentation will invite people from around the world to join us in a Global Synchronized meditation. Using the FREE Global Coherence app you will be able to see a map of all the people joining us and get feedback on collective coherence in real-time. If you would like to deepen your participation you can purchase a Coherence Sensor and be one of the living sensors in the body of the community sending signal to the app so we can see and track our collective coherence wave.
