Across the world, many traditions work with sacred plants in ceremonies and healing practices. Sage, to***co, and lotus are often used in rituals to cleanse energy and awaken intuition—but what about mint, calendula, rosemary, and the common herbs we use in everyday life? Through my journey, I have come to learn that all plants are sacred, each carrying its own magic and wisdom, waiting to be worked with in extraordinary ways.

When I blend tea, I am not only focusing on taste—I am weaving the ingredients together in a way that enhances both their energetic and medicinal potency. Candle Ritual for the Eternal Flame of Brigid
Step into sacred space as we honor Brigid, Goddess of fire, healing, poetry, and inspiration. Through ritual, candlelight, and intention, we will connect with her eternal flame—the spark of life that burns within each of us. This ceremony is an invitation to release the old, rekindle your inner light, and embrace renewal. Together we will weave prayer, meditation, and the warmth of community into a night of sacred remembrance and empowerment.

As a blessing of this ritual, each participant will be gifted a candle imbued with the energy of Brigid’s eternal flame—an embodied reminder of the light within you to carry home and keep burning.

As the final roses blossom and fade, I'm grateful for the medicine they've provided this year. Now that summer is at its peak, heart medicines have become essential in addressing the rising emotional turmoil and the resurfacing of unhealed wounds. This incline is evident within my community, where many card readings and offerings have been centered around this theme. The demand for energetic heart openers like rose is high, as they enable forgiveness, self-love, awareness, and acceptance.
The heart is a powerful energetic gateway, but it requires care to remain resilient. Rose protects and nurtures both physical and emotional heart spaces, alleviating anxiety and calming the nervous system to promote presence in difficult situations.
