This sound bath takes place under the light of the Full moon. We all know of the effects the moon has on the ocean. With our bodies being made of water, it would make sense that the moon would physically effect us too!

Take this as an opportunity for you to step away from the chaotic energy of the full moon. This hour long sound bath experience will include crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, the heart beat of the earth, to help ground you. Darren will intuitively play a song for the group based on the collective energy. You will also hear other supportive instruments such as chimes, drums, a rain stick and shruti box, all tuned to an element or chakra.

The sounds and vibrations from the song that is played will send you to a place of deep relaxation. If you have had difficulty in the past getting into a mediative state, the sound bath will help get you there at a quicker pace. You will not be verbally guided through a meditation, however Darren will send you on a journey through the various sounds, rhythms and tempo of the sound bath.

Join Darren for an hour long new moon sound bath in the historic Knox United Church. Knox features superior acoustics, stunning architecture and the energy of 114 years of prayer. Join me in the sanctuary to hear music from a shruti box, tanpura, crystal singing bowls and chimes to transport you into a deep state of relaxation while you set your intentions for the new moon cycle.

Premium seating is to enjoy the sound bath at the front of the sanctuary in the open area. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and anything else you may need for your comfort.

General seating is to enjoy the sound bath in the church pews.

Group Sound bath sessions will be on April 7, 21st and May 5th. The alternate weeks will be a one on one session with Pat to review the previous week’s content.
