Who’s feeling the full moon?? 🙋‍♂️. Full moons are a wonderful time for releasing what you are carrying with you, and a sound bath is the perfect place! There are 2 spots left for the full moon sound bath on March 3rd (it’s also my birthday… shhhh), and 5 spots left for the full moon sound bath at the Harmonic Healing Centre in the EE System.

AND spring is so close! It officially arrives March 19th, and I’m so excited to be back at the Roxy Theatre for a sound bath!

Join Darren for an hour long spring equinox sound bath in the historic Roxy Theatre. Bask in the surroundings of one of the last atmospheric theatres in Canada while Darren plays a shruti box, crystal singing bowls and chimes to transport you into a deep state of relaxation.

There are 2 admission options, general seating. This will allow you to enjoy the sound bath in the theatre seats. Stage seating is on the stage with Darren, and you will have the opportunity to lay down during the sound bath.

$25.55 general theatre seating
$35.55 premium seating on stage

March 3rd - the day of the Full Moon Eclipse (also my Birthday). Cozy sound bath at my home.

March 4th - sound bath at the in the EE System.
