These days, most of us are feeling stressed out and exhausted. We get home, stare at our phones, and hope no one will ask anything of us so we can "recharge". Problem is, the next day we feel just as drained.
However, there are simple (but not easy) ways to calm our nervous system that actually help us rest and recharge. Over the next few weeks, I will share 6 tips that can help. Give them a try and notice what happens to your nervous system.

I've always found that looking for positive things or things to be grateful for was too difficult when I was really down. So, instead, I started looking for things that sucked a little bit less than everything else. When I do that, after a while, I am able to see the good things too.
