The Off Duty Back to the Basics program launches March 30th 🤍

This two week introductory Mat Pilates course features 12 beginner friendly workouts that require no equipment perfect for getting started right at home.

Week one covers the foundations of Pilates with basic movements designed to enhance your control. Week two adds deeper layers, longer holds, and elevated versions of those foundations to continue building strength and stability.

The goal? Improve mobility, flexibility, and strength while building the confidence to keep your Pilates journey going whether at home or in the studio 💪

Jasmine created Back to the Basics 🤍 to support anyone starting their movement journey. Her goal? To help you build strength, confidence, and mobility while revisiting the Pilates fundamentals that create the foundation for long term progress.

This 2-week beginner friendly Pilates program is designed to help you get stronger, more flexible, and more mobile all while having fun and feeling empowered. Best part? No equipment is needed, so you can start wherever you are.

Meet Maddie 🤍 A registered holistic nutritionist partnering with Jasmine for the Back to the Basics program!

Maddie’s goal is to simplify overwhelming nutrition information by providing the foundational knowledge and essentials needed to make real progress.

Her nutrition plan perfectly complements the Pilates program and includes an educational PDF featuring the basics of nutrition, a grocery guide, pre and post workout recipes, and daily wellness goals to help keep you on track.

This class is perfect for beginners no equipment needed, just come ready to move and learn the fundamentals. It’s the perfect way to get started with Pilates and build confidence in your movement.
