Some people find it through faith, some through nature, some through art, love, or service. And sometimes, that search takes us down very painful roadsโฆinto harmful substances, patterns, or habits that promise relief but only deepen the emptiness inside.
Iโve been there. Iโve lived through addiction, depression, anxiety, and toxic cycles. I know what itโs like to lose yourself trying to fill a void you donโt fully understand. But I also know what itโs like to make it out the other side.
About ten years ago, I consciously began my healing journey. It hasnโt been easy, itโs been a mix of breakthroughs and breakdowns, surrender and strength. But every step, every fall, every moment of facing my own shadow has brought me closer to peace. Today, Iโm free from the pain that once ruled my life.
And the sacred thing I was searching for all along?
It was never in a bottle, a pill, or a pattern โฆ it was in healing itself, healing with plant medicines in traditional ceremonies and integration that follows.
Now my purpose is to help others find that same freedom. To walk with people as they move from pain to purpose, from survival to connection, from confusion to clarity.
If youโre struggling right now, please know this: change is possible. Healing is possible. You are not broken. Youโre just searching for something sacred, like the rest of us.
Keep going. Youโre closer than you think. โค๏ธ
