Sarah’s wisdom is next level…The kind you don’t have to announce, you can feel it when she speaks, when she listens, when she moves through the world.

Being clean and sober wasn’t enough for me.
I wanted to be the healthiest I’d ever been.

Two years ago, I promised myself that by 50 I wouldn’t just be sober …I’d be truly healthy. I turn 49 in two weeks… and here I am.

This journey started in 2015 when I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I walked away from co***ne and booze. It wasn’t linear. There were relapses, detours, and a short chapter with ketamine that I couldn’t break free from alone. That chapter required support from Ibogaine, which helped interrupt patterns willpower couldn’t touch.

Ceremony and ancestral medicine helped me heal mentally and emotionally. I got clean. I found clarity. I regulated my nervous system.
But I still wasn’t fully healthy.

The missing piece was my physical body.

Two years ago, I fully committed …dialing in nutrition, training, and recovery. Then Sarah came into my life and changed everything.

Through proper education around training, nutrition, recovery, and strategic peptide supplementation, things finally clicked. No hacks. No shortcuts. Just consistency, alignment, and respect for the body.

One of the most spiritual things you can do is tell someone to ‘f**k off’ when they try to use force, intimidation, or psychological abuse on you.

Spirituality isn’t just light, love, and bypassing reality. It’s balance….It’s knowing when compassion applies…and when boundaries do.

As Jordan Peterson has said: being harmless isn’t the same as being good.
There’s a difference between being peaceful and being weak.

Sometimes you need access to your monster from within, not to dominate others, but to ensure you’re not dominated by others…A monster under conscious control is called strength.

Standing up for yourself doesn’t mean you’re unhealed. It means you respect yourself. It means you know where the line is.. and you won’t let anyone cross it.

That’s not darkness. That’s integration.

A shaman once told me when he works with people who rely on alcohol to cope, he sees a spirit…. He said it looks like a wet rat.

Alcohol doesn’t come in swinging. It seeps in quietly…At first it numbs the pain and takes the edge off.

But over time it disconnects you from your heart, your intuition, your health, and the truth….It feeds on avoidance and convinces you it’s a friend.

Dark spirits don’t want chaos…They want dependence.

When you choose to feel instead of numb, the spell begins to breaks. Awareness leaves nowhere for it to hide.

Alcohol isn’t just a substance…It’s a doorway.

And you should always ask what you’re inviting in.
