Cairis Counselling is proud to announce that Leighton Tebay has completed his training to become a Level 2 IFS therapist. Nearly 5 years ago Leighton was the first therapist in Saskatchewan to become a IFS therapist.

As a therapist that specializes in helping people heal from trauma. A huge source of trauma that I see in my practice comes from narcissistic abuse or pathological love relationships.

There are lots resources online but one recognized professional who is created an immense amount of videos on the subject is Dr. Ramani. I'm currently taking some online training in narcissistic abuse and she is one of the trainers. I just picked up her book "It's not you."

Cairis Counselling is proud to announce that we've brought on a new team member. Thomas Friesen is finishing his counselling degree and has started his practicum with us.

He has a heart for seeing people to transition into health and become more comfortable and confident in being themselves. He brings a gentle approach to therapy with curiosity and compassion.

Thomas is an excellent option for those without insurance or find therapy typically hard to afford. The first session with Thomas is free. Sessions after that are only $60. If that is still too much, reach out to us and we'll see what we can do.
