Welcome Lynne, the newest member of our teaching staff!
Lynne has been a very dedicated student & member of our community for years and we feel very happy to have her now on board as a teacher! Lynne recently finished a 200hr training with and we can’t wait for her to share all that she has learned! 🙏
Keep an eye out on the schedule for community classes with Lynne, that are absolutely free to attend, and for her filling in for classes when needed!
To learn a little bit more about her read her bio below:
Lynne began her yoga journey over 15 years ago, drawn to the practice’s transformative potential across a variety of styles. In recent years, she discovered a passion for Ashtanga yoga—a dynamic and disciplined method that synchronizes breath with movement through a set sequence of postures. She appreciates how Ashtanga’s physically demanding nature builds strength, stamina, and resilience, while also cultivating a meditative focus and inner stillness. Lynne also appreciates the foundational teachings of Maya Yoga, a style that beautifully blends aspects of both Iyengar yoga and Ashtanga to support a safe and effective life-long practice. She recently completed her 200-hour teacher training with Maya Yoga founder Nicki Doane, further deepening her understanding and commitment to the practice. Lynne values the belief that yoga doesn’t create something new—it reveals what is already within us.
We are feel so very lucky to welcome Lynne to our teaching staff and we know you yogis will feel the same! 💛
