January 15th Energy Update.
Y’all … this week has felt like an entire year lol - welcome to January ! It really is a turbulent month.

So whats up ? .. Time is weird, sometimes fast and sometimes its standing still. Sleep is either a whole lot extra or VERY interrupted especially between 2:30-5:00 AM. Feeling sick without the sickness. Spicy and snappy emotional outbursts. Sore feet/legs (and low back, as usual lately !!) Headaches and sinus issues. Extreme shoulder tension. Clearly seeing others drama. World chaos. Vivid and bad dreams. Weather that is not usual. Animals being needy or acting off. Less appetite and changes in diet. Super thirsty. Coughing and throat clearing. Distracted drivers. Hibernation mode on !! Oh and theres a frequency shift happening where friendships/relationships change or end as well as a wave of souls existing right now (began in 2025).

What to do ? Massage, chiro. Movement. Allow yourself to rest. Examine what is not working for you and change it. Nurture older versions of yourself. Water (hydrate, soak, shower). Stretch. Change your daily routine. Switch up your sleep routine. You arent the same person in winter as you are other seasons, so change as necessary. And as always, be kind to others but dont forget to include yourself.

ENERGY UPDATE - NYE

New Years Eve is not the energetic reset that we believe it is. Biologically it isnt in tune with us. February through the beginning of April is moreso in alignment with a true reset. And many of us are realizing that currently. The holidays did not feel the same ..

That statement may not resonate with everyone. And thats okay. But if it does, know that what you are feeling with Christmas and the holidays being “off” is just your awareness tuning in. Your energetic field and nervous system are recalibrating and zeroing in on shedding programming.

It doesnt matter where you are at - its all okay. But there is a separation between people right now. Their views, patterns, behaviours. Even morals and beliefs are adjusting and sometimes becoming misaligned with others. Some people are choosing to pause before reacting while others are very emotionally charged. Again, this is all okay. It isnt a race. And definitely isnt about comparison. Every one of us is being exposed to lessons and are a major turning point in our lives.

We all have our own healing to do. We are at a point where we are tired - well actually exhausted. And things NEED to change. A lot of what is no longer serving people is falling away. It seems scary to not have the security of predictability but its also become SO uncomfortable staying the same that most of us are changing.

The best thing you can do is stay true to yourself. Prioritize YOU (it always should have been this way !). Voice what you need to. Change whats necessary or you feel guided to. And take care of yourself while being gentle with what you’re going through. You are not alone. Remember to do what makes YOU feel happy. And what feels right. Some amazing times of transformation are headed our way. ✨

Whether you plan on ringing in the New Year or are just having a quiet night at home - I wish you health, happiness and abundance in 2026. Peace out 2025 - you kicked us all in butt and now we are ready to make changes. May we release the heaviness and step into forward movement in the next few months. Lets go !

ENERGY UPDATE - Week of December 22nd

Sooooo this week isnt gonna be easy for most of us. Lots of sadness. Grieving. Wanting change. Seeing others being selfish or acting out. Tension and stress.

Over the last few years A LOT of people have changed their christmas traditions - losing the chaotic busy-ness and stepping into new and more calm holidays. Many people want cozy and happy - less rush, less perfectionism and obligation. We are seeing EVERYTHING that doesnt serve us - so we can walk away from it come January and February.

This week will be a bit heavy. Theres just no sugar coating it. Dont fall into feeling like a victim !

Here are some tips to help fumble our way through:
•Have grace and create space.
•Allow yourself downtime.
•Focus on the good.
•Remember to laugh.
•Take care of yourself - physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.
•Let them - let others do their own thing WITHOUT AN EMOTIONAL REACTION FROM YOU. Let them say their ridiculousness .. and nitpick unimportant details because THEIR BS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. Theyre in their own hard time and struggling to navigate. They are learning and unlearning just as you are.
•STAY IN YOUR OWN LANE. Lol.

Stay empowered. Sprinkle YOUR IDEA of holiday cheer into your days. Take care of yourself and just observe. 🩷

•December is busy !! We socialize more, have lots on our To Do lists and indulge more while sacrificing sleep. We push our bodies !!

So you schedule a massage to relax.

Except you go right back doing what got you on my table in the first place !
Being too chaotic.
Overthinking.
Stressed out.
Tensing your body.

What will your body do in response to you expecting it to jump right back into survival mode ?
It will be stiff.
Achy.
Tense.
Headachy.
You might even feel dizzy.

Your body is talking to you !

•Here are some ideas for post massage self-care:
Take extra time getting to your appointment
Hydrate before AND after (maybe even electrolytes)
Slow down. Stop living in fight or flight
Properly scheduling a manageable life.
Give yourself downtime after a busy day.
Remember to breathe - deep and slow.
Get out of your head - your body is trying to talk to you !!!
Listen to your body & stop pushing beyond your limits.

ENERGY UPDATE - November

You dont always have anxiety … lots of times its your nervous system recalibrating.

You might not even be sick but are showing symptoms of your physical body expanding to hold more energy. Headaches, sore throat. exhaustion, body aches.

The feeling of blah is density shifting so you have more capacity.

As the world feels crazy and chaotic, our ability to hold space for it all is growing.

The best thing you can do is to take care of yourself !
Be aware of the emotions you attach to situations. Remember that others actions have nothing to do with you.
Massage & chiro have been magical !
Sleep, naps.
Listening music has been helping me.
Scheduling my time and switching up my routine has also made a difference.

Physical Symptoms: weird taste in your mouth, quad tension leading to knee or back pain, headache/sinus issues, plugged ears, irritated throat, pain behind the shoulder blade or on your side. Weird stomach issues. Side/rib pain. Hair loss.

So if youre feeling yucky - CONGRATULATIONS ! 🥳 Youre levelling up !!!

ENERGY UPDATE: exhaustion • jaw issues • neck & shoulder blade issues • quad & knee soreness • sleepless nights - waking up 3:00-4:30 • animals having unusual behaviour • emotionally flat • lots of frustration with others or life not going as planned • vivid & weird dreams • less happiness as of late • nothing seems to make sense but there is a healthy shift in emotional detachment happening • nervous system recalibrating • teeth issues are calming down now • Low back pain, mainly left side (related to childhood/roots/family, addictions, security) • sinus issues & pressure • headaches !! • realizations & shifts in morals/beliefs - falling into
alignment & unlearning • new truth revealed • changes in relationshops & friendships • big world events unfolding (some seem crazy or unbelievable) • extreme/odd weather • old hip issues resurfacing • sore feet (on & off) • anxiety !! • dissatisfaction with food • watch for really bad/distracted drivers

Its felt like everyone is grouchy & being selfish. We are purging a lot & trying to hold our energy in the midst of global chaos. Ignorance can be bliss (stay anchored). Watch for distractions & situations that siphon your energy. Remember we are empaths so sometimes the things you feel are not even yours; but are sensations you feel externally. The purging is of patterns, habits & generational. Lots of family issues are coming up. And everything feels emotionally charged & chaotic !!

Have grace with yourself - you are holding more capacity than ever before. You hold emotions in your body as stress & tension - feelings okay to come & go. Stay grounded & have faith. This is all happening for a reason. If you feel like life is happening too fast - only you can change that ! Dont try and control everything in your life - let it flow.

Things that help: chiro, massage & acupuncture. Rest, doing things you enjoy. Hydrate. Practice intentional breathing. Schedule your life in a way you can manage. Walk/move Unfortunately this chaotic intensity is sticking around for a bit so remember to enjoy the ride of life !!
