ENERGY UPDATE - November

You dont always have anxiety … lots of times its your nervous system recalibrating.

You might not even be sick but are showing symptoms of your physical body expanding to hold more energy. Headaches, sore throat. exhaustion, body aches.

The feeling of blah is density shifting so you have more capacity.

As the world feels crazy and chaotic, our ability to hold space for it all is growing.

The best thing you can do is to take care of yourself !
Be aware of the emotions you attach to situations. Remember that others actions have nothing to do with you.
Massage & chiro have been magical !
Sleep, naps.
Listening music has been helping me.
Scheduling my time and switching up my routine has also made a difference.

Physical Symptoms: weird taste in your mouth, quad tension leading to knee or back pain, headache/sinus issues, plugged ears, irritated throat, pain behind the shoulder blade or on your side. Weird stomach issues. Side/rib pain. Hair loss.

So if youre feeling yucky - CONGRATULATIONS ! 🥳 Youre levelling up !!!

ENERGY UPDATE: exhaustion • jaw issues • neck & shoulder blade issues • quad & knee soreness • sleepless nights - waking up 3:00-4:30 • animals having unusual behaviour • emotionally flat • lots of frustration with others or life not going as planned • vivid & weird dreams • less happiness as of late • nothing seems to make sense but there is a healthy shift in emotional detachment happening • nervous system recalibrating • teeth issues are calming down now • Low back pain, mainly left side (related to childhood/roots/family, addictions, security) • sinus issues & pressure • headaches !! • realizations & shifts in morals/beliefs - falling into
alignment & unlearning • new truth revealed • changes in relationshops & friendships • big world events unfolding (some seem crazy or unbelievable) • extreme/odd weather • old hip issues resurfacing • sore feet (on & off) • anxiety !! • dissatisfaction with food • watch for really bad/distracted drivers

Its felt like everyone is grouchy & being selfish. We are purging a lot & trying to hold our energy in the midst of global chaos. Ignorance can be bliss (stay anchored). Watch for distractions & situations that siphon your energy. Remember we are empaths so sometimes the things you feel are not even yours; but are sensations you feel externally. The purging is of patterns, habits & generational. Lots of family issues are coming up. And everything feels emotionally charged & chaotic !!

Have grace with yourself - you are holding more capacity than ever before. You hold emotions in your body as stress & tension - feelings okay to come & go. Stay grounded & have faith. This is all happening for a reason. If you feel like life is happening too fast - only you can change that ! Dont try and control everything in your life - let it flow.

Things that help: chiro, massage & acupuncture. Rest, doing things you enjoy. Hydrate. Practice intentional breathing. Schedule your life in a way you can manage. Walk/move Unfortunately this chaotic intensity is sticking around for a bit so remember to enjoy the ride of life !!

Energy Update - September 25-October - collective reading 💕

Complete exhaustion
Vivid dreams
Some sleepless nights
Low back pain, mainly left side (related to childhood/roots/family, addictions, security)
Sinus issues & pressure
Headaches ! Wowie !!
Realizations/shifts in morals & beliefs (alignment, unlearning)
New truth revealed
Changes in friendships
Huge world events unfolding
Weather is extreme
Teeth are achy
Hip issues (old issues resurfacing)
Extra consideration/shifts - new thoughts
Recognizing patterns of sabotage
Ignorance is bliss (stay anchored)
Avoid the distractions & attempts at division
Sore feet (on & off)
Huge anxiety (especially Saturday)
watch for distracted/bad drivers
Dissatisfaction with food

Unfortunately this chaotic intensity is sticking around for a bit ! Watch for distractions. Take care of yourself. Be aware of anxiety - it isnt always yours !

ALLOW the emotions that flow through you
Sleep & rest
Water is therapeutic
Discuss topics without such emotional reaction
Do the things you love !
Have grace with yourself - everything is intense !
Remember that we hold emotional stress in our body as physical tension

Walk/move
Meditation/calm your nervous system

ENERGY UPDATE: Northern Lights show tonight !!! … well, life has been ROUGH for allll of us !!! Here is what we have been experiencing collectively: hip tension • shoulder problems • horrible headaches • sleeping less or drastically sleeping more • feelings of mental health struggles • boundary setting • friendships shifting • less hungry • big emotions - like a rollercoaster • clearly seeing situations for how they truly are • more interactions with birds • spiritual connections heightening • bouts of huuuge anxiety • clearing regret, shame & grieving •jaw clenching • vision problems, gall bladder issues, teeth are bothersome • weather anomalies • feelings of wanting to change routine, life, career (things that once gave us joy no longer do)
You are not alone in any of this ! • heightened mental & emotional stress presenting as physical tension/issues
Things that help: quietness/stillness • connection with others • let yourself FEEL the emotions • nature/animals • hydration • dont resist what your body is wanting • sleep/nap • talk & share • massage, chiro & acupuncture

Energy Update: We had high energy followed by a crash. Which led us to feel stuck in fight or flight - an###iety, heart palpitations, hot/cold, struggles with sleep, exhaustion, forgetfulness, emotional outbursts. Now we are cracked open & ready to recalibrate. Awareness of self • recognizing the areas where others need to heal • body requiring change (new routines & mindset) • head pressure & headaches • achiness • digestive weirdness • low back issues • purging of the emotions held in our legs • generational emotional healing • TMJ

Losing people is part of healing.
Give yourself permission to outgrow the people who dont evolve with you. Or at least change the amount of access they have to you.
There comes a point where hanging onto staying small is more painful than the amount of fear you have of starting over to build something new and more authentic to being who you are truly meant to be.
Kindness without boundaries is self-betrayal.
Growth costs you comfort and losing a sense of security temporarily but remember that losing people isnt the same as losing yourself.
You werent meant to dilute yourself.
You werent meant to shrink for anyone.
You werent meant to toughen your sensitivity .. or .. soften your edges so that others can feel comfortable.
Be soft. But dont fold.
Be kind. But unshakable.
Be you. But dont apologize.
And dont let anyone talk you out of who you are growing into becoming.

The struggle you are in right now will end up defining your life moving forward. It feels like lessons, choices & tests. You weren’t put in these situations to break you - you were given these opportunities to see what you’ll do with them. So make it count.

Ways to make your nervous system feel safe: surround yourself with people who make you feel happy & safe • allow yourself to rest, guilt-free • take slow deep breathes • practice pausing • let yourself feel emotions • choose compassion over judgement • forgive yourself • walk in nature • practice love including for yourself • learn to say “no” • stop people pleasing • have boundaries including for yourself • practice lymphatic drainage • get active • be present, be mindful • smile • allow yourself to be happy • walk in nature • do whatever makes your soul smile
