What is Reiki? Usui Reiki Ryoho (Usui Reiki healing art) is a system for natural healing and self improvement developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900's. The Japanese Kanji "Rei" and "Ki" can be defined as a miraculous and sacred energy of the Universe that sustains all life. The aim of Reiki Healing is to assist the body in restoring energetic balance for the overall well being of health, mind, body and spirit. What are the benefits to Reiki? Reiki is non invasive and gentle, making it an ideal medium for supporting overall wellness. As a complimentary therapy, it helps to relieve stress and assists the body's unique self healing ability. Clinical observations and preliminary evidence from small studies have shown that Reiki Treatments can be

beneficial for:

Stress and Relaxation

Physical pain and discomfort

Anxiety, depression and Hormonal changes

Emotional trauma (including Post traumatic stress)

Digestive issues

Side effects from cancer treatments

Reiki treatments work wonderfully alongside conventional medicine and is increasing. Reiki treatments should work in tandem and not a substitute for regular medical treatment from a qualified professional. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and surrounds you. A treatment of Reiki is given through the practitioners hands resting gently on or above the body, all Reiki treatments are given over the clients clothing and can even go through the cast of a broken arm or leg. Reiki is not a belief system, therefore, no mental preparation or direction is needed to receive a treatment, only a desire to receive and accept the energy. Clinical Research

Channelled Energy Update ✨

If the new year hasn’t felt the way you expected, there is a reason.
So many of us are still integrating the deep clearing and emotional purging that came with 2025 — a Year 9.

Spirit is showing that this in-between energy is meant to slow us down. Fatigue, emotions, uncertainty, or feeling unsure of what to plan next are all part of the process right now.

By the third week of February, clarity begins to return, aligning with the Chinese New Year. By March, momentum builds and the fog starts to lift.

Until then, give yourself grace. This is a time to rest, reflect, and trust that the renewal is coming.
