What a powerful day. I am so incredibly proud of each of you for saying yes to yourselves and your healing journey. 🤍

We began our Reiki Level One training with a short 9D Breathwork session, intentionally dropping out of the mind and into the body to create presence, grounding and openness. The energy in the room was absolutely amazing calm, clear and deeply connected.❣️

Reiki Level One is all about YOU.
It’s about healing self first, learning how to work with your own energy, practicing self-Reiki, strengthening intuition and understanding how to protect your energy while staying open and grounded. When we heal ourselves, everything around us begins to shift.🪬

Today I pulled the Second Chakra (Sacral Chakra) card and it felt perfectly aligned. The sacral chakra means creativity, emotions, pleasure, flow and our ability to receive. This level opens the door to reconnecting with your body, your inner wisdom and your creative life force. It was truly meant to be.🔮

Today was such a powerful reminder of why I do this work 🤍
Being part of a wellness day in James Smith. Sharing circles, cedar baths, Reiki, Access Bars, lashes, nails, haircuts and so much more was deeply moving. Watching the community come together in a space of care, culture and connection is something I’ll never take lightly.❣️

I also had the opportunity to experience something new for myself: a cedar bath. It was grounding, emotional and exactly what my spirit needed. The rattles, the eagle bone whistle, the traditional teachings everything felt intentional, sacred and healing in a way that words can’t fully capture.🦅

Holding space is truly my passion. This is where my heart feels most aligned supporting community healing, honouring tradition and creating safe spaces where people can just be. I’m so thankful to be trusted in this work and to meet so many incredible community members along the way.💜

I’m looking forward to more gatherings like this. This is my true calling: showing up with an open heart, helping others heal and walking this path together 🤍✨
