Do you have a muscle that keeps bothering you and just won’t let go?

If you still feel tight after stretching, moving around, adjusting your chair, or doing everything you can to get comfortable, that muscle may be stuck in a protective pattern.

Dry needling is something we use in physiotherapy to help calm tight muscles so movement feels easier and pain can settle.

☕️ Do this while your coffee brews every morning to strengthen your ankles, activate your core, and improve stability for everyday tasks.

Falls are the Number 1 cause of injury-related death in older adults. Here’s a simple move you ca do to help change that.

Share this with someone who wants to stay active and independent!

SET-UP:
Engage your core, slightly bend your knees, and focus your eyes on one spot in front of you. Hold onto a counter or chair for support if needed.

BEGINNER VERSION
1️⃣ Stand tall on one leg
2️⃣ Tap your opposite toe forward, side, and back
3️⃣ Return to the center between each tap
4️⃣ Repeat 4–5 rounds, then switch legs

ADVANCED VERSION
1️⃣ Stand on one leg
2️⃣ Tap your opposite toe forward, side, and back
3️⃣ Lift your knee to 90° between taps — no floor tap in between
4️⃣ Repeat 4–5 rounds, then switch legs
