A little ☕ and beautiful plants from 🌿 yesterday to celebrate two people who mean so much to our team.

Nicole is our Office Manager and her leadership, initiative, and the way she supports our team and our systems makes a bigger impact than most people will ever see.

Kellie is our Administrative Assistant and Client Care Coordinator. Her attention to detail and the calm she brings to our team and every client who walks through our doors makes us all feel so taken care of.

Some gentle manipulation of your eye area can stimulate blood flow, improve tear production, and relieve the discomfort.

➖Your brain activates its threat system
➖Stress hormones spike
➖You go into fight, flight, or freeze

When you respond with compassion:
➖You calm down
➖You feel safe
➖You become more resilient

Try and notice your self-talk this week.
And if it gets critical, ask yourself what you’d say to a friend.

Offer yourself that same kindness.

Everyone farts.

On average, doctors say most people fart anywhere from 10-20x per day.

If you notice more frequent flatulence along with discomfort or feelings of embarrassment, a dietitian can help you:
• pinpoint food triggers
• reduce bloating and pressure
• support digestion and gut health
• stop guessing what your body can tolerate

Note: If gas comes with ongoing pain, bloating that doesn’t go away, unexplained weight loss, bowel incontinence, or blood in your stool, please consult your doctor.

Reaction time and reflexes are often overlooked, but they play a big role in:
• Preventing falls
• Protecting your joints
• Staying agile as you age
• Improving coordination – especially for sports

Those split seconds can mean fall vs. save and injury vs. recovery.

Test your reaction time and coordination!

Lay on your back.
Throw a ball straight up.
Roll over and catch it before it hits the ground.
