Such a wonderful afternoon speaking on the Spring Health & Wellness Expert Panel Luncheon hosted by the Saskatoon Women’s Network. 🌸

It was an honour to share the stage with other passionate professionals and spend the afternoon discussing women’s health across different life stages. From nervous system regulation and strength training to hormone health and building sustainable wellness habits, the conversation was thoughtful, practical, and empowering.

What I loved most was the energy in the room. A space full of women coming together to learn, ask questions, and support one another in prioritizing their health.
