SET-UP:
Engage your core, slightly bend your knees, and focus your eyes on one spot in front of you. Hold onto a counter or chair for support if needed.
BEGINNER VERSION
1️⃣ Stand tall on one leg
2️⃣ Tap your opposite toe forward, side, and back
3️⃣ Return to the center between each tap
4️⃣ Repeat 4–5 rounds, then switch legs
ADVANCED VERSION
1️⃣ Stand on one leg
2️⃣ Tap your opposite toe forward, side, and back
3️⃣ Lift your knee to 90° between taps — no floor tap in between
4️⃣ Repeat 4–5 rounds, then switch legs
