Ecstatic dance came into my life when my life was completely upside down and I was navigating divorce and co-parenting admits a world that had gone mad.
When people ask how I did it the simple answer is, I’ve danced my way through divorce. & it’s true, I ecstatic danced every month for 3 years with my sisters and I still do. Dance allowed me to BE in my body, to move how my body wanted to move, to feel, move emotions and energy through my body. It wasn’t for anyone else but myself.
5 years ago I never would have said this but, ecstatic dance changed my life🥹🔥💃💥

Kings and Queens, what a summer it’s been!
Come gather and celebrate the journey summer was, the high highs and the low lows, all the growth and the evolution within yourself. With the seasons changing, we are witnessing the transition as one flows into routine and structure along with seeing the pure beauty in letting the old fall away.
This Fall Equinox we will honour, feel, reflect and celebrate this cycle of life and allow ourselves to release and make space for the next cycle.
We will gather around the crackling fire on Fairy Island, and allow ourselves to sink into the evening with a short meditation, opening/sharing circle before sitting with warm ceremonial cacao to assist in softening, opening and expanding our hearts before flowing into our somatic practice, ecstatic dance a free movement meditation to move, shift and assist in alchemizing energy and emotions through the body. We will close circle with a sharing circle and connection.
Rain or shine we gather and dance - dress accordingly!
What to bring: Yoga mat, cushion or bolster, blanket, comfortable clothing, cup for cacao, journal, anything you feel called to set your space with + your dancing toes!

A sister snapped this shot of me while hosting our Summer Solstice circle.
She sent it to me and said, you were so lit up and in your element leading groups.
It’s true. This is one of my greatest joys, holding space and leading circle for men and women to come into their fullest self expression.
I love creating the space for deeper intimacy within the self and with others.
I love witnessing the uncomfortable and rigidness start to soften, as an opening to a new level of connection with the self and others begins.
Honesty, I just love humans that show up so willingly and eager for more in life - it’s one of my favourite things to witness.
Thank you for allowing me to hold this space and lead this intimate work that is rippling out far greater than I could have ever imagined.

After being plagued by social anxiety, depression and worried about what everyone else thought and constantly seeing what other people needed and required me to be. My body, mind and I were completely depleted. I felt completely lifeless, with no drive and like a zombie going through the daily motions. In May of 2017, my life completely shifted. For the better. After receiving one Access Bars® session everything in my universe changed. I mean EVERYTHING! The numbing anxiety went away and I came into my own confidence to create and be ME. Something I never experienced before. This massive shift led me to create a business to help others step in to themselves, and BE themselves. To truly create their own universe, the way they know is possible.
Since then, I married my husband Cortlen, and gave birth to my little guy Lewis in December 2018. During my pregnancy I experienced first hand the benefits of receiving both Access Bars® and Energetic Body Processes. This ultimately led to my body being in such a state of relaxation and ease that I was able to have a pain free, and natural birth. During my pregnancy and first year postpartum, I realized the lack of support for pregnant women and new moms. I also experienced the loneliness and uncertainty of being a new mom. It’s tough. I get it. But it doesn't have to be. Thats why I'm here. My passion has shifted and I now gear my practice to working and supporting pregnant and postpartum women. Not only are you birthing your new bundle of joy, you're being birthed into Motherhood. You deserve to be supported, cared for and nurtured. Mama, I got you. I have Mama & Babe Packages to suit mom during pregnancy and the postpartum seasons.
I’ve now created a magical space in Saskatoon, The Veranda. The Veranda is a holistic, wellness and creative play space to step into YOU and to SHINE. We host both intimate gatherings and circles as well as large transformational events, magical markets and wellness expos. In early 2020, our Veranda Collective will start to expand and shape a new community of local holistic and energy based wellness practitioners.
