A better Thai massage starts before you walk in the door. Here are 6 things we recommend avoiding so you can relax fully and get the most out of your treatment:
1. Alcohol or too much caffeine (both can dehydrate you)
2. A large meal
3. Intense events like marathons/triathlons right beforehand
4. Pain medication (we want you to feel and communicate pressure clearly)
5. Lotion or oil on your skin
6. Starting with a βhalf-full bladderβ β comfort matters!
