That’s a wrap!
🍕Most of you know I like to keep myself busy with a second job and this summer I had the pleasure of working with my partner Devereaux on his food truck learning the art of pizza 🍕
Many hours of balling dough, burning fingers and doing dishes has lead to a very successful first season and I couldn’t be prouder of him for building his own business!
We will be off on vacation for a month starting November 12th! My schedule is fully booked until I leave and to the new year! Those who I have canceled I will contact when I return in December and have set aside specific dates to reschedule. January and February are starting to fill up, I encourage you to book appointments in advance!

Here are some of my favourite tips:
❕check your home and work place ergonomics
❕ get up and move around every hour and take phone calls standing if you can-this way your not stuck in the same position all day
❕ use your benefits! Try all the things-chiro/massage/acupuncture/physio/podiatry and book appointments in advance
❕ replace your pillows every year

I am booked about 6-8 weeks in advance, if you can’t get in for a massage please send me a message to be put on the cancellation list or for some home care tips! 🪴

A little about me 🌿
I love sci-fi anything, I’m a cat person, biohacking enthusiast, love being goofy and laughing, Indian food, hate leftovers, love red wine, healthy debates, and family and friends are my everything. 🍃
I’ve been massaging for almost 4 years, I start university in January with the goal to become an immunologist. But don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere for a while yet 😉
Massage is a very fulfilling job, you meet so many great people in the community and I learn so much from each of you!!

🌾Covid-19 update May 2020;

I will begin massaging again in phase 3!
There are strict PPE requirements and I believe it’s best to leave the majority of the supplies to more essential services and the medical field right now, especially in case there is a second wave!
I want to give the best service possible to my clients without losing too much regularity. Things will be different when I return but I will ensure you will receive the best quality treatment possible in the atmosphere we all love so much here .beautyparlor 😊
Booking will be directly through me to start and those canceled in March and beginning of April will be directly contacted with first dibs.
If there is anyway I can help you in this time with individualized stretches, self care/pain management tips or anything else don’t hesitate to reach out!
