Another session of physiotherapy and coaching focused on helping busy women find a way to regularly strength training in a simple and fun way!

LIFT @ home offers you the opportunity to…
💪🏻 Enhance your physical strength and confidence with short and effective workouts from home

💪🏻 Make strength training exactly what you need it to be by finding a routine that works specifically for YOUR schedule

💪🏻 Learn the basics of how you can adjust workouts to also help them work into your busy routine

💪🏻 Create adaptable discipline so you can maintain your routine when life gets (more) busy, the summer comes, and you inevitably need a change AND need continued strength

There are 3 LIFT @ home options and ways Myranda can support you!
If all you need is a plan to follow, Solo support is perfect for you! (workouts only)

If you have symptoms or want individualized guidance to build strength training into your life, accountability of a coach, and connection to a group striving for the same goals, Solo plus or Full support is best for you (one on one physiotherapy either once or twice a month, workouts, community group).
*Insurance receipt can be provided

One on on physiotherapy sessions with Myranda related to LIFT @ home can be used to help you:
💫 vision, goal set and work through barriers that may be challenging your movement, strength, confidence and health

🏋️‍♀️ clarify exercise technique or receive more individualized exercises to add or replace within LIFT @ home programs

💪 create time for you to workout with guidance, “personal training” physio session vibes

☀️ address any pain or symptoms with exercise or adjustments to behaviors (example: ways to increase fluids)

Happy Friday everyone! 🥳

I thought a little (re)introduction about me is overdue:

🙌 I am a Physiotherapist with a great passion for empowering women to understand our female anatomy and realize our full potential!

♀️ My passion for women’s & pelvic health started when I started thinking about having kids. Most of what I heard about exercise in pregnancy and after birth didn’t sit right with me & also scared me! Needing to know more I took a deep dive & am here now!

🙏 Creating an inclusive space for people of all races, orientations, genders and abilities is critical. I acknowledge, respect and am grateful for the land I live and work on – Treaty 6 Territory, the traditional and ancestral territory of the Cree, Dene, Blackfoot, Saulteaux and Nakota Sioux.

😻 I am newly married (1 month ago) to Burton and we share our space with my fury friend Bentley. We are excited to grow our family over the next couple of years!

🇨🇦 I was born in Regina, grew up on a farm outside of Swift Current and have called Saskatoon home for 13 years.

🏃🏼‍♀️ I was a competitive soccer player for 7 years and grew up playing many sports. I love working with others and am drawn to team environments! Right now I am loving Ultimate Frisbee and CrossFit, along with biking.

🏋🏼‍♀️ I started my own business 4 years ago, one year after being graduated, to pursue what I believe to be my life’s purpose; Educating and advocating for Women’s health!

🤰🏽I have numerous specialized certifications in Pelvic floor muscle therapy, Abdominal muscle seperation, Labor & delivery and in June became a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism coach to better support women pursuing a life including movement and exercise!

🌟 We are more than a body, we are also spiritual and intellectual beings! Over the past 4 years I've spent time each day understanding my own mindset, athlete brain and all or nothing tendencies. With the support of counseling & family I am now thriving - no longer over come with anxiety or feeling of needing to starve myself for a bikini body.

No better time to gather, enjoy the weather and move your body!

I've been inspired by my friend and colleague Jenel Maruk to host this workout.

We need community and connection more than ever and it is even sweeter when we combine it with energizing and rejuvenating movement!

The workout will be a gentle whole body stretch and strengthen! No previous exercise experience needed, we will make the exercise exactly what you need it to be!

Bring yourself, any kids, your partner and friends!

Then right after, stay for a delicious community meal with Nourished Parenting hosted by Jenel!
