Join us Saturday November 22nd from 12pm - 1pm for The Menopause Cafe! This session will be hosted by Dr. Sami, Naturopathic Doctor and will focus on perimenopause and menopausal brain changes such as:

🧠 brain fog
💤 fatigue
💡memory problems

and how we can combat these symptoms with a focus on supplements, diet and lifestyle 🤗

The Menopause Cafe is a monthly gathering that is a safe + supportive space to connect with other women and talk openly about peri-menopause, menopause, post-menopause, and even the in betweens!

By popular demand, there will be a Facebook Live of the next session so that you can tune in live or catch it at a later time on our page!
