Choice Nutrition was founded in 1993 and has since grown into one of Saskatchewan’s most established and successful providers in the Natural Health care field. Naturopathic Medicine combines modern medicine with natural therapies to address the ROOT CAUSE of illness. There is also a heavy focus on PREVENTATIVE medicine.
One of the unique core services we offer is called Integrative Microscopy, which has been a HIGHLY successful tool in health assessment in our clinics with PROVEN RESULTS for the past 25 years.
We look at a single drop of blood under a microscope and images are displayed on a big screen right in front of our client’s eyes and assessed during the appointment with our practitioner. The quality of blood cells and how they interact can indicate imbalances and root causes of health issues. We don’t just focus on the symptoms!
You may wonder what we can help you with? ANYTHING! Whatever you would see your MD for, you can see us for. Some examples include menopause and hormone balancing, heart health including blood pressure and cholesterol management, cancer, thyroid issues, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis etc.
We have two busy clinic locations, one in Melfort and one in Saskatoon with a total of three licensed Naturopathic Doctors on staff whose services qualify for insurance coverage under extended health care plans. Aside from Microscopy, our doctors provide a wide variety of services and specialties – such as Integrative Cancer Care, Intravenous Therapies, Acupuncture, Thermal Imaging, Food Sensitivity Testing, Laser Therapy, Spinal Manipulation, BEMER Vascular Therapy and much more.
Our doctors also look over relevant laboratory assessments you have had and may order additional tests for proper diagnosis and treatment, in order to provide the best possible care, in collaboration with your medical doctors.
Additionally, we offer computerized gait analysis for Custom Prescription Orthotics (insurance coverage available!) and wellness treatments such as Massage Therapy and Reflexology. Services by our Registered Massage Therapist qualify for insurance coverage under most extended health care plans.
We are also proud to provide our clients with the benefits of a Wellness & Detox treatment room that includes the private and exclusive use of far infrared sauna and Cocoon Wellness Pod. Private bathroom including shower and toiletries is provided for your convenience.
