An introduction to our CoreAlign class for those who want to improve core strength, posture, balance and functional movement.

This class is a popular choice for everyone from athletes (especially skaters, hockey players, golfers, and runners) to those recovery from injuries to those wanting to experience a unique class while strengthening their core and balance.

The CoreAlign creates an environment for your body that will work to ‘undo’ patterns and habits (or old injures that have never been totally fixed) that are starting to cause issues in our activities of daily living. It is great for people with knee and hip issues, SI joint issues and for people who want to stand taller to combat today’s ‘tech neck syndrome’.

If you haven’t tried this highly impactful class yet, you definitely will want to!

Taking time to pause is part of staying strong, both in your body and in life.

Rest days help muscles recover, energy reset, and motivation come back fresh.

We encourage it for our clients, so we’re practicing what we preach.

Lead Pilates will be closed from Saturday, February 14 through Monday, February 16.
We’ll be back to regular classes on Tuesday, February 17.

While we’re away, feel free to enjoy a gentle stretch, a walk, or a quiet moment to yourself (or do all three). Sometimes doing a little less is exactly what your body needs.
