JOIN A WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS

has been attending weightlifting classes following weekend classes to learn and perfect her weightlifting movements. The gal is killing it!

If you want to learn how to weight lift and better your mechanics, the best way is to attend, weightlifting classes, where we can slow it down and take time to learn the language, the positions, and the appropriate timing of your lifts. In a weightlifting class, we have a time to break it down in more detail and focus on a few key points each session.
