Dear Beautiful Soul Community,

After ten years in business, I am hanging up my reiki grid.

With a full heart and deep gratitude, I am officially closing the doors to my coaching practice and my chapter of teaching Reiki through Belle Ame Healing, as I transition into a new season of my life and career.

Belle Ame was born during a time of immense grief and personal healing. It became the space where I rebuilt myself, learned to trust my gifts, and allowed my purpose to take shape. Over the past decade, this work has been part of my healing in ways I could never fully express. What I created all those years ago blossomed into something far beyond what I ever imagined, and it will always hold a sacred place in my heart.

But like all seasons, this one has reached its natural close.

I’ve received everything this chapter came to give me: education, confidence, healthier habits, friendships, expanded perspectives, and a community that shaped me just as much as I aimed to support you.

This work allowed me to stay home with my babies, to grow alongside them, to juggle a meaningful career while navigating the wild and sacred experience of motherhood. It gave me purpose when I was rediscovering who I was. It taught me resilience as I stepped into new roles, grew older, and built a life I truly never could have imagined.

And now, it’s time to let things go so that something new can grow.

I’m stepping into a fresh chapter, where I’ll be supporting others in a whole new way, blending the wisdom of the last decade with the clarity and strength I now stand in. I can’t wait to share more about this new venture with you soon.

Thank you, deeply, for being part of Belle Ame’s story… and mine. Your trust, your presence, your willingness to grow alongside me has shaped the woman, the mother, and the professional I am today.

This isn’t a goodbye—it’s a closing ceremony.

A blessing of what was.

And an opening to what’s next.

The Energy I’m Bringing into 2026

Before goals.
Before plans.
Before vision boards.

There is energy.

Because nothing moves without emotion,
and emotion is simply energy in motion.

For 2026, I’m not asking what I want first.
I’m asking:

• What do I want to feel while building it?
• What emotional frequency am I moving from?
• What energy am I leading my life with?

Clarity comes after motion.
Momentum comes after emotion.

This year, I’m choosing to move from:
presence over pressure
devotion over discipline
trust over urgency

Because goals don’t respond to force,
they respond to alignment.

You are creator, beautiful soul. Now create JOY 🌻

As I reflect on the work, the conversations, the tears, the breakthroughs of last year…
one thing feels clear:

2026 doesn’t need more pressure.
It needs more permission.

Permission to allow success without fear.
To let things go well, without waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Permission to choose boundaries over demands.
To stop proving your worth through over-giving, over-functioning, and burnout.

Permission to let grief and joy exist together.
To laugh while you’re healing.
To miss what was and still love what is.

Permission to move at the pace of your nervous system — not your conditioning.
To trust your “no” just as much as your “yes.”
To build a life that feels steady, spacious, and true.

You don’t need to become someone new this year.
You’re allowed to succeed as yourself. And unravel the work of loving yourself, instead of changing yourself.

I wish you all abundance, strength, and health in 2026 💙
