You were our very first employee, and we were terrified to be bosses. Truly had no idea what we were doing — and somehow you made it all feel easy. From day one, you showed up with heart, a great sense of humour and a calm confidence that carried all of us. Not to mention, a style unlike any other .

Getting to watch you grow into the RMT you are today has been one of the greatest privileges of this business. You should be so proud of yourself — we are endlessly proud of you.

We’re going to miss you more than words can say, but it’s not goodbye but see you later. Once you’re part of this place, you’re always part of it.

We’ve got someone new joining the squad! — meet Emily. 🤠

She’s a Registered Massage Therapist who’s all about helping people actually slow down and breathe. Her vibe is restorative, relaxation-based massage, and she’s big on creating calm spaces where stress doesn’t stand a chance.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Emily’s either on her yoga mat, out for a walk, singing her heart out at karaoke, or stargazing from her country home.

We can’t wait for you to meet her — bookings open in October.
