Moving forward into 2026.

A sincere thank you to the men who just wrapped up our recent 10-session run. The vulnerability and growth in that room were real. Because of that success, the Network is ready to get moving again.

The Network in the New Year

Starting the second week of January, we are back in action with room for 60 men total. We are officially expanding with a brand new Tuesday night group, bringing us to three bi-weekly groups.

Once you register, that seat is yours for all 8 sessions. You will be with the same 20 men every time to ensure we build real trust and a solid brotherhood. Each meeting includes two hours of open, peer-led conversation, professional facilitation, food, and materials to take home.

We talk about the things men actually deal with—stress, burnout, anxiety, and navigating relationships. This is a non-judgmental space for authentic connection.

Registration Details
All sign-ups will be handled through Eventbrite.

• We will post the registration link in our bio on December 23rd.

• Register between Dec 23rd–25th for a 20% discount.

Questions? logan@evolvecounsellingyxe.com.

Keep an eye on this page on the 23rd. Claim your spot and let’s start the new year with a healthy mind & tribe behind us.

Meet Darren Anderson, one of our amazing speakers for the Health & Fitness Festival!

With over 25 years in business and brand development, Darren has done it all—from mentoring young minds to growing his own successful marketing agency - but his commitment to the community goes far beyond business.

In 2018, Darren founded the Mental Health Initiative in memory of his late brother, Mark. This initiative has raised over $500,000 to provide crucial support, education, and resources for mental health in our community, even earning the Community Impact award at the SABEX awards in 2022.

Darren’s dedication to mental health advocacy, especially with the support in the creation of the Men’s Mental Health Support Network, is truly inspiring. When he’s not working, you can find him on the golf course, at the hockey rink, walking his dog, Charlie or being a dance dad.

We’re so excited to have Darren share his incredible story with us!

BIG NEWS, SASKATOON!

Get ready to lace up your shoes because we’re thrilled to announce Saskatoon’s first ever Walk-a-Thon, as part of the Health & Fitness Festival, proudly presented by our incredible local Men’s Support Network!

This isn’t just a walk; it’s a powerful stride for local men’s mental health. It’s about showing up, showing support, and walking together to unpack that weight. We’ll be doing this symbolically by releasing physical “stones of struggle” together, a powerful moment of collective release and support.

Everyone is invited! This walk is for all ages, all genders, and all allies who want to stand in solidarity. The best part? There’s no cost to participate! Just bring your good vibes and a willingness to walk for a cause that truly matters.

Ready to join us? Sign up and get all the details – Link in Bio!

At the Festival, be sure to check out:

-Information about our upcoming fall sessions

Let’s make history and show our community’s strength. See you there!

What an incredible journey it's been! 🎉 We just wrapped up our final (12th!) session of the Men's Support Network's latest 12-week initiative, and we're buzzing with pride. Over the past three months, we averaged 15-20 guys per session, diving deep into crucial topics like healthy work-life balance, emotional vulnerability, emotional intelligence, healthy relationships, and self-accountability.

The growth and proactive discussions we witnessed were truly astounding, and the bonds formed among our local men are invaluable. It's been inspiring to see so many men committed to their personal development, our community, and the healthy support of one another.

A massive, heartfelt thank you to our incredible sponsors who made this all possible and kept it free for our members:

Darren, Juston and LoveMyMind

Heidi, and the BGC

Kristen, Shannon & Evolve Counselling

We also want to express our sincere gratitude to Jared from Alliance Fitness, Cole from Sandman Boxing Systems, the Pink Cadillac, & the Cave Restaurant. Your contributions and consistent presence have been a huge asset to our network.

While our formal sessions might be on a brief summer hiatus, the momentum won't stop! We have an exciting summer planned with many collaborations and member-led events across the city. Get ready for healthy get-togethers, important discussions, plenty of laughs, and continued support for our local men’s mental health.

Finally, to the MANY members who filled up our registration so quickly and showed up consistently  – you are the heart of this initiative. Your dedication made not only to this network, not to yourselves, is a powerful force for good for everyone.

Stay tuned to our Instagram as we'll be much more active over the summer with updates on upcoming events and opportunities to join our cause. For more information, you can also email us at info@menssupportnetwork.ca.

Thank you for your continued support. Get ready for a very fun and exciting summer ahead!
