What has been your glimmer of the day?

Glimmers are small moments that bring joy—things like enjoying a quiet cup of coffee, grooving to a good song, or feeling the sun on your face. These tiny experiences help bring our nervous system back to a sense of safety and calm.

When we start to notice our glimmers, we train our brains to see the good moments that might otherwise slip by.
