We are so excited to share that Andrea has officially received her Canadian Certified Counsellor designation through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCC)! 👏

If you’re currently a client of Andrea’s — or have been thinking about booking in — be sure to check with your insurance provider, as many plans offer coverage for sessions provided by CCCs.

Meet Cindy 💛

Cindy is a Registered Psychologist who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients. She supports individuals (6+), couples, and families in areas including grief and loss, building healthy relationships, strengthening emotional regulation skills, and working with executive dysfunction.

Cindy’s thoughtful approach helps clients feel understood while building practical tools they can use in everyday life. We’re so grateful for the care and dedication she brings to our team and community.

While Cindy is not currently accepting new clients, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate and appreciate the incredible work she does ✨

Angie believes you are the expert of your own life, carrying with you the experiences, memories, and beliefs that have shaped you. She believes counselling offers the space to sort through what you’ve been carrying, uncovering what still serves you, and consider what you may be ready to set down. Meet Denise! 🎉

A Canadian Certified Counsellor, Denise has been part of the PPC Therapy Group team since 2013. Most recently, she added co-owner to her resume, officially taking ownership in September 2025 — a role that reflects her long-standing dedication to our practice and community 💛

Denise has a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and uses an integrative approach, tailoring her work to find what fits best for each client. She has specialized experience supporting caregivers of children with developmental delays, learning disabilities, and those on the autism spectrum.
